Italian Options

Barilla Academy in Parma was built on the site of the former Barilla pasta factory. The campus features a 100-seat auditorium and multiple laboratories, including a 16-station professional kitchen laboratory. The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, bills itself as the world’s premier culinary college.
