Steffani Cameron

Steffani Cameron is an advocate of cooking both for better health and saving money. She's travelled to 25 countries and taken cooking classes in several. From making Thai curry paste by hand to roasting chocolate in the Mexican High Plateau and learning to make pasta in the Roman countryside, Steffani's passion for food embraces technique and ingredients. She's won contests, written an e-cookbook and has taught cooking to children in summer camps. Her latest passion is bread baking, which she reignited while living in Italy and making things like focaccia and olive oil banana bread.
