In 2009, the California College of the Arts awarded more than $19 million in financial aid. The college publicly acknowledges that qualified students get full-ride scholarships. Some of the school’s more popular programs include film, animation, ceramics and sculpture. The school has campuses in both San Francisco and Oakland.

Savannah College of Art and Design
SCAD offers degree programs in film and television, sculpture, painting, performing arts and service design, among other areas. Select students attending the Savannah College of Art and Design are awarded full-tuition scholarships for all four years. It should be noted, however, that these scholarships do not include the cost of supplies, room and board. If you want to compete for one of these scholarships, you should have an excellent academic record (including high test scores) and an impressive portfolio.
