Data entry involves inputting information into documents, such as spreadsheets. Since data entry mainly deals with numerical values, a data entry test differs from a standard typing speed test. You may wish to test your data entry typing speed as a way to learn how you can improve upon your data entry skills. Testing your data entry typing speed may also be required when applying for a data entry job.
